Rosseti Group CEO Andrey Ryumin held a meeting during a working visit to the Southern Federal District to discuss ensuring reliable electricity supply to the region during the New Year holidays. Plans for infrastructure development and the completion of the merger of the subsidiaries Rosseti South and Rosseti Kuban were also discussed.

The Rosseti Group of Companies has completed the reorganization of companies operating in the transmission and distribution of electric power in the Southern Federal District, as a result of which Rosseti Kuban, JSC ceased operations and merged with Rosseti South, PJSC. The corresponding changes have been made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The decisions taken will improve the efficiency of the management system and eliminate duplicative functions. The production personnel of Rosseti Kuban, JSC will continue to work in the new branch of Rosseti South, PJSC – Kubanenergo.

During the first nine months of 2025, Rosseti South specialists installed more than 17,000 bird protection devices on power lines in the regions of the company activities, which is seven times more than the same period last year. 20 million rubles were allocated for this purpose.

In January-September of 2025, Rosseti South increased funding for the maintenance and repair of energy facilities in regions of the company activities by 28.5% compared to the same period last year, reaching 2.6 billion rubles.

Rosseti South has received a Certificate of Readiness for the 2025/2026 heating season. The document, issued based on the order of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation dated November 7, 2025, confirms the company's full implementation of the program to prepare for the autumn-winter peak load on the power system.

In January-September of 2025, Rosseti South allocated 4.3 billion rubles for the development of the electric grid complex in the Astrakhan, Volgograd, and Rostov regions and the Republic of Kalmykia. Since the beginning of the year, 510 km of power lines have been built and reconstructed, and 141 MVA of capacity has been commissioned in this regions.

Rosseti South, PJSC was among the winners of the 28th annual report competition, organized by the Moscow Exchange The company received a bronze award in the category "Best Disclosure of Corporate Governance Information".
Alexander Chervin, Acting Head of the Corporate Governance and Shareholder Relations Department at Rosseti South, attended the awards ceremony in Moscow.
A total of 119 companies from various economic sectors took part in the competition: finance, IT, telecommunications, electric power, metallurgy, transport, consumer goods, forestry, oil and gas, and chemical industries.
The evaluation of the competition entries was carried out first by a group of experts and then by a jury. They included heads of self-regulatory organizations, representatives of major consulting companies, news agencies, banks, investment companies, and rating agencies. The participants were also evaluated by leading financial analysts, representatives of business associations, and corporate governance and communications specialists.

Electricity supply from the distribution network in the regions of Rosseti South activities amounted to 18,8 billion kWh in January–September of 2025.

In January-September of 2025, Rosseti South identified more than 640 cases of illegal electricity consumption totaling about 9 million kWh. Of the total volume of detected non-contractual and unmetered energy consumption, consumers in the Astrakhan Region accounted for 67%, Volgograd Region for 16%, Rostov Region for 13%, and the Republic of Kalmykia – 4%.

According to the results of the first nine months of 2025, the distribution grids of Rosseti South branches received about 2.5 bln kWh of energy from renewable energy sources (RES). The share of “green” energy is 12.2 % in the overall structure of supply to the grid.

In January-September of 2025, Rosseti South provided 373 MW of capacity to new customers in the regions of the company activities, which is 18% higher than the same index last year. The company has implemented almost 9,9 thousand contracts for grid connection and capacity increase.

Rosseti South participated in the international scientific and technical conference "Cybernetics of Energy Systems," where they presented their experience with innovative developments in the electric power industry. The event took place at the M.I. Platov South-Russian State Polytechnical University in Novocherkassk.

A meeting with representatives of the company's Council of Primary Trade Union Organizations was held at the Rosseti South executive office in Rostov-on-Don. The meeting summarized the results of social partnership activities and signed a new collective bargaining agreement for 2026-2028.

Rosseti South co-organized a panel discussion on the electric power industry, which took place as part of the business program of the 25th Interregional Forum "PROM-ENERGO-VOLGA'2025" in Volgograd. Participants discussed the interaction of electric grid companies in improving the reliability of electricity supply and the initial results of the work of the regional system-forming territorial network organization.
Alexey Koledin, director of the Rosseti South branch – Volgogradenergo, reported on the results of its activities as a single center for ensuring reliable electricity supply to customers in the Volgograd region. In particular, he spoke about the technical measures being implemented and the consolidation of electric grid facilities at the Volgogradenergo site.
During the meeting, participants also discussed the tasks of the regional headquarters for ensuring the security of electricity supply to consumers in the Volgograd region, as well as the interaction of the regional system-forming territorial network organization with the tariff regulation authority and entities in the retail electricity markets.
Representatives of regional executive authorities, heads of related power grid companies, and city-forming industrial enterprises took part in the discussion.
As a reminder, in accordance with amendments to the Federal Law "On Electric Power Industry" (No. 185-FZ), Rosseti South has been designated by the heads of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation as a system-forming territorial grid organization in the regions of its responsibility, including the Volgograd Region. The implementation of the law began on January 1, 2025.
The PROM-ENERGO-VOLGA Forum is an annual platform in the Southern Federal District for showcasing achievements in industry, construction, and energy. The event promotes the implementation of the import substitution program and the development of Russian production, attracting large enterprises and suppliers from various regions of Russia and abroad to the Volgograd region, and fostering cooperation with local producers.

The Internal Control and Risk Management Department of Rosseti South was named the best among the specialized divisions of the Rosseti Group of Companies in 2025.
