Rosseti South is among the winners of the All-Russian competition for best youth employment practices

Rosseti South’s "Mobile Energy Class" project won first place in the "Region-Magnet: Best Practices for Attracting a Young Audience" category at the fourth competition for best practices in youth employment among employers. The awards ceremony for the winners took place in Moscow as part of the All-Russian Personnel Forum.

The "Region-Magnet" nomination seeks to identify initiatives that not only help retain young people in the region but also attract talent from other regions by creating conditions for professional and personal growth. The winners demonstrated an effective combination of educational and career programs that foster long-term loyalty among young people to the region and enhance the investment attractiveness of the Russian region.

The Rosseti South project was recognized for its innovative format, high level of student and graduate engagement in professional activities, and for successfully building dialogue between young people and employers.

More than a thousand applications from 77 regions were received for participation in the competition this year. Best employment practices are presented in 11 nominations.  129 organizations from 53 regions of Russia were awarded in this competition.
