Reporting year does not include:

transactions of Rosseti South, PJSC with shareholders of the Company having minimum 5% of voting shares of the Company;
transactions between subsidiaries and affiliated companies of the Rosseti South, PJSC;
transactions of the Company with shareholders having minimum 5% of voting shares of subsidiaries and dependent companies of Rosseti South, PJSC;
