The Company is a subsidiary joint stock company of the Public Joint Stock Company Rosseti South (hereinafter referred to as "Rosseti South PJSC"), which is the sole shareholder of the Company.

The company was registered on December 30, 2010 at: 344002, Russian Federation, Rostov-on-Don, Bolshaya Sadovaya street, 49.

July 16, 2016 Interdistrict Tax Office of the Ministry for Taxes and Levies of Russia No. 26 in the Rostove Region made a record of the change in the legal form of the Company and its brand name in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The Company is a Non-Public Joint Stock Company. The Сompany's full corporate name is Joint Stock Company "Energoservice of the South"; the former full corporate name in Russian is Open Joint Stock Company "Energoservice of the South". The Company's abbreviated corporate name in Russian is "Energoservice of the South", JSC; the former abbreviated corporate name in Russian is "Energoservice of the South", OJSC.

By the decision of the Board of the Company dated 19.09.2018 (Minutes No. 291 dated 21.09.2018), the Charter of the Company was approved in a new edition in order to bring it into compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Authorized Capital of "Energoservice of the South", JSC is 2,500,000 (two million five hundred thousand) roubles and is divided into 2,500 (two thousand five hundred) pieces of Ordinary Registered Shares with a face value of 1,000 roubles each.
