Key Events

22 June 2007 –”Establishment of IDGC of the South”, JSC” Agreement No.192p of RAO “UES of Russia” was signed. Mr. Gavrilov Aleksander has been elected as General Director. 

18 January 2008 – the decision to join five distributive grid companies as branches was made on special general shareholders’ meetings of the five distributive grid companies included in “IDGC of the South”, JSC configuration structure.

30 May 2008 – the first (from the date of “IDGC of the South”, JSC establishing) annual general meeting of shareholders took place. The results of the Company’s activity 2007 were resumed. 

30 September 2008 – on Federal Tariff Service Вoard meeting the decision to introduce RAB-tariffs in “Astrakhanenergo” – the branch of “IDGC of the South”, JSC was made. 

2 December 2008 – on Federal Tariff Service Board meeting the decision to introduce RAB-tariffs in “Rostovenergo” – the branch of “IDGC of the South”, JSC was made.
