Data on Material Transactions Concluded by the Issuer

In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 59 of Regulation of Bank of Russia dated 03/27/2020 No. 714-P "On Disclosure of Information by Issuers of Equity Securities", the information on transactions made by the Company in the reporting year recognized in accordance with the Federal Law "On Joint Stock Companies" as interested party transactions will be disclosed after its approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders as a part of the Company's Annual Report for 2022.
