Rosseti South signed a new collective bargaining agreement

A new collective bargaining agreement stipulating the rights to benefits and compensation for employees was signed in Rostov-on-Don between the social partnership parties — Rosseti South PJSC and the Council of Representatives of the electric grid company's primary trade union organizations.

The collective bargaining agreement is the main document for employees and the employer, which serves as the basis of social partnership. It regulates the relationship between the parties in matters of wages, labor relations, working and rest time, working conditions, health insurance, financial assistance, etc.

Rosseti South's new Collective Bargaining Agreement, which ensures social guarantees, comes into effect from January 1, 2023. Earlier, the draft agreement received an expert opinion of the Association "ERA Russia" (All-Russian branch association of employers of electric power industry) for compliance with the provisions of the labor legislation of the Russian Federation.

The agreement retains current benefits and social guarantees, and provides guarantees and compensation for mobilized workers. In particular, the retention of compensation for interest paid on mortgages and the cost of maintaining children in preschools, the provision of trips for children and family members of employees and other forms of material and social support.

Rosseti South is one of the largest employers and a backbone enterprise in southern Russia. Power grid company employs over 14,000 people at the moment. Interaction with the primary trade union organizations of the company is based on the desire of the parties to honestly, constructively and openly discuss issues and make joint decisions to improve the level of social protection of employees.

It should be reminded, that in 2022 Rosseti South was awarded with the first place among major employers in Rostov-on-Don in the contest "Collective Bargaining Agreement — the Basis for Effective Production and Protection of Social and Labor Rights of Employees — 2022".
