Rosseti South invested 4.3 billion rubles in the development of energy complexes in four regions of the company activities

In January-September of 2025, Rosseti South allocated 4.3 billion rubles for the development of the electric grid complex in the Astrakhan, Volgograd, and Rostov regions and the Republic of Kalmykia. Since the beginning of the year, 510 km of power lines have been built and reconstructed, and 141 MVA of capacity has been commissioned in this regions.

The investment program funding amounted to 2.3 billion rubles in the Rostov region. 175 km of power lines were built and reconstructed, and 53 MVA of new capacity were commissioned as part of its implementation. This year's major projects include the creation of infrastructure to supply electricity to the Bonum LLC tractor plant in the Aksaysky District.

Rosseti South invested 1,2 billion rubles in the development of electricity networks in the Astrakhan region. Over the course of nine months, 85 km of power lines have been built and reconstructed in the region, and 43 MVA of capacity has been commissioned. The 0.4-10 kV distribution network in Astrakhan was upgraded to improve the reliability of electricity supply to customers as part of the investment program.

The investment in the power grid complex of the Volgograd Region amounted to 568 million rubles. 166 km of power lines have been built and reconstructed, and 17 MVA of capacity has been commissioned in this region.

Over the past nine months, 213 million rubles have been allocated for the implementation of the investment program in Kalmykia. 84 km of power lines were built and reconstructed in the republic, and 1 MVA of new capacity was commissioned.

1,6 billion rubles were allocated by Rosseti South for the construction of energy facilities to connect customers of the preferential category. In order to fulfill the obligations under the applications of beneficiaries, power engineers built 362 km of transmission lines and commissioned 53 MVA of transformer capacity.

The implementation of Rosseti South investment program activities ensure social and economic development in the regions of the company’s activity, allows to increase the reliability of electricity supply to customers and create the necessary conditions for technological connection of new customers to the electricity grid.
