Rosseti South increased electricity supply by 433 mln kWh in 9M 2023

In January-September 2023, the amount of electricity supply from the grid in the regions Rosseti South activity increased by 2.4% to 18.3 bln kWh in January-September 2022 compared to the same period last year. The positive dynamics of the indicator was due to a 19.2% increase in electricity consumption by oil transportation companies and a 3.3% increase in electricity consumption by households.
The amount of electricity supply in Rostov Region increased by 2.5% to 9.7 bln kWh, in Volgograd Region - by 1.3% to 6 bln kWh. The amount of electricity supply to 2.1 bln kWh (3.7% growth) in Astrakhan region, and 504.5 mln kWh (10.7% growth) in Kalmykia. Decrease of 1.5℃ in average daily air temperature relative to the seasonal norm was recorded in theses regions in January, 5.2℃ in February and 1℃ in April, which is associated with the use of climate control equipment.
