Rosseti South reduced the number of power supply disruptions by 5.8% in 2020

Rosseti South reduced the number of power supply disruptions in the Rostov and Volgograd regions, and the Republic of Kalmykia by 5.8% in 2020 compared to 2019. The indicators of the frequency of violations improved by 11.4%, and the duration - by 11.5%.

The number of outages decreased in the Rostov branch of the company by 8.7% in 2020. This indicator amounted to 6.6% in Kalmykia and decreased by 4.4% in the Volgograd branch.

Rapid response to emergency situations is ensured by the localization of the emergency stock, machinery and equipment, which allows for the prompt transfer of resources, as well as planned algorithms for the actions of power engineers in various scenarios. It was possible to reduce the number of accidents at power facilities due to a detailed analysis of each arising violation and proper planning of measures aimed at eliminating their causes.

Rosseti South repaired more than 3 thousand km of overhead lines, replaced 55.6 thousand insulators and 5.6 thousand supports in 2020. Maintenance works were carried out at 35-110 kV substations - more than 7 thousand pieces of equipment were repaired. The amount of financing for the maintenance campaign amounted to about 1.6 billion rubles in 2020.
