Rosseti South doubled the number of executed connection contracts in 2022

In 2022, Rosseti South executed about 19.9 thousand network connection contracts throughout the area of its presence, which is twice as many as in 2021. New customers were provided with the capacity of 525.7 MW.

Throughout the year, electricity was also supplied to several socially important facilities: midwife centers and regional hospitals, kindergartens, schools and cultural institutions.

The largest amount of work on connecting customers to electricity was executed in Rostov Oblast. 9.9 thousand contracts were executed in the region, compared to 4.2 thousand contracts in 2021.

During the same period, the company’s branches entered into 14.6 thousand utility connection agreements. Their total declared capacity is 557.2 MW. As of today, a total of 11.5 thousand contracts for connection to the grids with a total requested capacity of 1199 MW were signed in Astrakhan, Volgograd and Rostov Oblasts, and Kalmykia.
