These are midwife centers and outpatient clinics in 60 regions of Russia. Including connected objects that were built within the framework of the National Project "Healthcare". The total connection capacity was more than 28 MW.
Midwife centers in small or remote settlements are extremely important for possibility of residents to receive fast and qualified medical care.
In many cases, power engineers of Rossetti did not just connect medical facilities, but also perform other work. For example, a new power line (40 m) was built to supply the midwife center in the village of Kumysolechebnitsa in the east of the Volgograd region. The street lighting system and metering devices were also installed at the same time.
In total, Rosseti South provided electricity to 100 healthcare facilities in the Astrakhan, Volgograd, Rostov regions and the Republic of Kalmykia, with a total capacity of 1.4 MW in 2020. These are mainly midwife centers and outpatient clinics in rural areas.
It should be noted that the development of a network of midwife centers is designed to solve the problem of medical provision for residents of remote villages, which can be separated by tens of kilometers from the nearest regional medical facility.
By connecting midwife centers, Rosseti South specialists provide a full range of necessary services, so that after connecting to the power grid, they are fully ready for work.
